Creative designed and executed for a six month global lead generation campaign with a focus on customer experience.

Overview

Today, customers are demanding a different experience—one that’s contextual, persistent and proactive. They want innovations that are defined and provide the right information at any time using the devices of their choosing. Avaya wanted to position itself as a leader in customer experience through education while promoting it’s products and generating valuable sales leads. Working with the Faction Media team (Avaya’s marketing agency) we came up with a creative concept and strategy for a 6 month lead generation campaign for customer experience, networking, call centers, healthcare, education, and the Avaya Experience.

Creative concepts

Moodboards with experiential customer imagery and large, embedded headlines created a dynamic and engaging campaign theme.

Email & banners

Clean, consice emails and HTML5 animated banners drove customers to landing pages with gates assets for download.

Email

Emails were created for six different verticals leading to educational assets located on gated landing pages.

HTML 5 Banners

HTML5 animated banners were created for all common banner sizes to be used on affiliate blogs, websites, and media buys.

Social Marketing

Social banners were created to be used as sponsored ads as well as within posts on Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

Landing pages

Educational assets were able to be downloaded from responsive, gated landing pages.
